Con­tem­po­rary Art Fair NYC

The annual Con­tem­po­rary Art Fair NYC and the Amer­i­can Craft Show NYC will fea­ture the work of more artists in its sec­ond year, Novem­ber 18, 19 and 20, 2011, Richard Roth­bard, direc­tor, announced today. “In addi­tion to the work of estab­lished and emerg­ing painters, pho­tog­ra­phers, sculp­tors and artists work­ing in mixed media–who rep­re­sent over half of the 175 exhibitors–the craft show will include rec­og­nized jew­elry, fur­ni­ture, fash­ion, ceram­ics, glass, wood, metal and tex­tile arti­sans to fill Hall 1A at the Jav­its Cen­ter, the week­end before Thanks­giv­ing,” said Rothbard.

One ticket opens both doors to the juried events pro­duced by Richard and Joanna Roth­bard of Amer­i­can Art Mar­ket­ing. The Roth­bards, who have directed art fairs and craft shows for over 30 years, also pro­duce the Berk­shires Arts Fes­ti­val and Amer­i­can Craft Show Sara­sota and were respon­si­ble for the win­ter Rock­e­feller Arts Fes­ti­val in Man­hat­tan [2002–2005]. They own The Amer­i­can Crafts­man Gal­leries, that show­case the finest Amer­i­can art, sculp­ture and crafts on East and West sides of Man­hat­tan as well as in Mass­a­chu­setts and Geor­gia. In addi­tion, Richard Roth­bard, a crafts­man, designs wood boxes and owns Boxology.
